Landscape of the Soul
Since accepting her first commission at the age of 15, Cindy has been focusing on the “Landscape of the Soul”, the natural world, and how the soul interacts with the mystical qualities of the landscape. Cindy is a plein air painter and gains much of her inspiration from painting outdoors in the landscape, especially the sea. At the same time, she also paints from her own inner landscape, using meditation and contemplation, rendering images in abstract shapes, using pouring, scraping, and a variety of techniques.
